Suman and Jessica

Suman spent ten years behind a Tim Hortons counter, where half the neighbourhood knew her by name. What she always wanted was more time to talk to the people she was serving.

In August 2026 she opened Suma with her daughter Jessica. They put it in the middle of Oakville, because all the good cafés were downtown.
